The World Urban Forum is the most important international conference on urban issues, organized every two years in a different city. The United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-HABITAT) organizes this conference to explore the most important issues related to cities. The Forum also aims to promote the active participation of various partners and civil society, thereby contributing to ensuring their participation in identifying key issues, sharing lessons and experiences, and other international best practices and policies.
